Tahoe

We recently spend a wonderful week in Tahoe with Nana, Grandpa, Uncle Rob, Auntie Lisa and the Novitzky's. After hyping Reagan up for a few weeks, she was more than excited to finally be going to Tahoe!!

Reagan experienced so many new and exciting things over the course of the week. However I think the thing she loved the most, was waking up in a house that held several of her favorite people. Without fail, she would ask "Where Nana Papa?" and then follow that up with "Nana Papa NO MORE nap!" every morning. When she realized Uncle Rob and Auntie Lisa were staying in the SAME house... they were no longer allowed to sleep late either :)

There were many funny stories from the week, and it is hard to narrow down our favorites. I think the most memorable for Matt and I though, is Wet Woody Wednesday at Gar Wood's. Wet Woody's are a very delicious alcoholic beverage. They look just like the smoothies we make for Reagan though. So it was hard to tell her she couldn't have one. The easy solution: order her a virgin one! Reagan's virgin Woody came in a glass much taller than our drinks were in. And after a few sips, Reagan realized it was the BEST THING EVER. She practically convulsed when we would take the glass away saying "Mooore JUICE!!!" Then she'd laugh hysterically and was doing some sort of dance in her seat. Both Matt and I took several sips and sniffs of hers just to make sure there was no alcohol in it. When we got back home, she proceeded to spin herself in circles squealing "Mee sooo dizzy!"

Another great part of the week was spending so much time with her cousins Kyle, Mallory, Tatum and Kyra. Reagan loved running with the "big" kids and didn't seem to notice or care that she is the smallest!

We took Reagan rafting, bicycling, crawdad fishing and swimming and she loved it all. She has learned from an early age that vacations are the BEST! We can't wait to go back to Tahoe next year!
