Reagan truly embraces the fact that she is half Irish come March. She loves everything about St. Patrick's Day - from the Irish dancing at the SSFPD corned beef dinner, to the green milk the Leprechaun left for her in our fridge on St. Patty's morning. She was as excited when she saw the Leprechaun came as she was when Santa came. For the past 2 days we've heard her embellish the tale of how the Leprechaun came down our chimney (which really is amazing considering we don't have a chimney!!), turned our milk green, and then went right back up our chimney and left. She thinks it's absolutely hilarious that the Leprechaun was able to do this while Daddy was at work, and her and I were sleeping.

In other random news, we finally uploaded the photos from Pat's SFPD Academy graduation. Only 6 weeks later! I have to say, the photo of Reagan and Matt is probably one of my favorites ever.
Seeing as how all of the McNichol's are either Police Officers or Fire Fighters, or in Daddy's case - a little bit of both - she is well versed on the differences between the two. Whenever she sees a taxi cab or pizza delivery vehicle, she yells out that it's a "Policeman!!" And just the other day, she told Matt that he is "A Worker Man, NOT a Fireman!" which made us laugh quite a bit. She is very astute for a 2.5 year old! And then tonight as she was looking for her little dog Princess, she picked up her toy phone and called the Firehouse. Matt heard her saying "Hello, Fireman? Can you help me find Princess?" Matt told her that she didn't have to call the Fire Department because she had a Policeman right there. Reagan agreed and told the Fireman she was on the phone with "Yeah, I call the Policeman!"
