Reagan has taken the term "terrible two's" to heart. She is no worse than any other toddler, but she definitely likes to push the envelope with Daddy and I. We've started a no nonsense approach to dealing with tantrums. We simply count to 3 and give her a time out if she hasnt't stopped her behavior by the time we get to 3.
Last night, she refused to let me change her diaper and get her pajamas on. Granted it was a no nap day, so I knew she was just really tired. However, after arguing for several minutes, I started counting. I got to 2 before she reluctantly agreed to let me change her. ("All WHITE Mommy, I coming!")
Afterwards, I went into the kitchen to get our dessert ready. Reagan waltzes in and says "PHEW... that was a close one. I almost got a time out there!"
