Setting the Bar high

I realized last night that Reagan may need glasses. A story about the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition came on TV. Earlier in the day, I read that Bar Rafaeli was named the cover model for 2009. I happen to think she is the most beautiful woman on the planet, and said as much to Matt when the story came on. Reagan started watching the TV intently. Then excitedly turns to me and Matt, points at me, and yells "That lady looks JUST LIKE YOU Mommy!!" She had one arm pointing at me, and one at the TV and kept repeating "That's you Mommy! That's YOU!" I started laughing soo hard, and saw Matt struggling to stifle his laughter as well.

Then I started thinking about it, and I realized that Bar and I do look a LOT alike minus a few (somewhat minor) discrepancies: I'm about a foot shorter than her, I weigh about 70 lbs more than her when I'm NOT pregnant, she has beautiful blonde hair and mine is just a little darker and slightly frizzier, and don't even get me started on our similar abs! So, based on that information, maybe Reagan isn't the one that needs glasses - maybe it's the rest of the world that doesn't see the resemblance that needs them. Look for me in SI's 2010 swimsuit issue! ;)
